How to reduce video file

When you make a video, the file often gets very large, which is very uncomfortable to view. On many computers is a free program Windows Movie Maker, with which you can easily and quickly reduce your video file. Below, I explain how to do it. This program on my English, so all skrinshots also in English. If you have it in Russian, then read my explanation you will understand quickly what's what.
